The Halo 3 “Believe” campaign was a massive, award-winning body of work that led to Halo 3 being the biggest launch in entertainment history at the time. The idea was simple; If Master Chief was a real hero, how would he be memorialized?
The centerpiece of the "Believe" campaign was a 1,200 square foot diorama. It was created to commemorate the epic struggle for humanity's survival and to celebrate the heroism of the Master Chief, which was turned into film, and eventually a traveling museum piece.
